In order to manifest the life you truly want, your conscious desires and your subconscious intentions must be in alignment. Transpersonal Hypnosis incorporates not just the mind and body but also the spiritual essence of a person to help them wake-up to who they truly are. Hypnosis is a powerful tool that enables you to connect with your subconscious mind to gain deep insight and awareness on specific emotions, limiting beliefs and memories that have kept you feeling stuck in the same types of limiting patterns, hurtful feelings, and operating as the primary lens and program by which you live your life. Together we will formulate solutions and roadmaps to help you move from a problem state to a solution state. To go from where you are, to where you want to be. INCLUDES - A one-hour online extensive Intake Session, using NLP, to access client's psychodynamics; their thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, and goals. - A one-hour Transpersonal Hypnosis Session. - A thorough review of the session, including Michelle's recommendations for future sessions if required. *Insurance receipts are available upon request for eligible clients with coverage of Hypnosis treatments. PREPARATION Ensure you have a stable internet connection and enabled Zoom account. It is recommended to use a tablet or laptop for best performance. To maximize the benefits of your healing, find yourself a quiet space and light a candle or incense to help invoke your senses (my favourites are lavender, frankincense or Ylang Ylang.)
